FGI extended surface pleated panel filters are designed for use in air filtration systems and equipment, as standalone basic efficiency products or as pre-filters to high efficiency bag, rigid box or cell type filters. Available in 1″, 2″ and 4″ depths in Economy, Standard, High Capacity or Carbon with MERV 8 - MERV 13 ratings based on ASHRAE 52.2-1999 and are UL 900 Classified.

Panels and links are designed for commercial and industrial HVAC applications. The multidimensional design of two, three or four layers with or without an internal tack for a range of MERV 6 - MERV 8 ratings based on ASHRAE 52.2-1999 and an optional security of antimicrobial agent is available. The first layer is open to retain large particles while the internal tack and downstream layers offer better filtration on smaller particles.

Bulk polyester media (rolls and pads) are offered in 1/2″, 1″, 1-1/2″ and 2″ thickness. Each media has its own unique characteristics of tackifier and fiber structure to enhance performance. There are several MERV efficiencies to choose from. All media is non-toxic, unaffected by moisture and naturally resistant to microbial growth.

Pocket filters / Bag filters are designed for use in systems and equipment where the air flow is constant and medium to high efficiency filtration is required. Constructed with fiberglass or synthetic media that does not support microbial growth, and is available in a range of different lengths and pocket counts. Available in 50 - 95% efficiencies as per ASHRAE 52.1-1992, MERV 11 - MERV 14 per ASHRAE 52.5-1999 and is UL 900 Classified.

Rigid extended surface self-supported filters are designed for use in systems and equipment with variable air volume (VAV) and where medium to high efficiency filtration is required. Constructed with a high lofted fiberglass or synthetic media that does not support microbial growth, and is available in a galvanized steel Box-style or Single Header configurations in 6” or 12” depths. Available in 50 - 95% efficiencies as per ASHRAE 52.1-1992, MERV 11 - MERV 14 per ASHRAE 52.5-1999 and is UL 900 Classified.

Inherently stable filter design distributes are evenly across the filter. It allows for large variations in air flow and pressure drop without affecting filter performance and efficiency. Our 4V mini-pleat V-Bank™ technology has proven to be cost effective and highly efficient in removing a wide variety of contaminants from the air stream. Filter incorporates 193 square feet of wet-laid micro-fiberglass media in a 24x24x12 frame.
